Current terms and conditions for operators of shops and stalls in the Brightideas.today craft fair, fine food fayre, art gallery, antiques market, and speciality shopping arcade.
DEFINITIONS AND PARTIES
The Stallholder – The person or organisation taking a stall, shop, or gallery (webpage) on the Brightideas.today website to promote their business or product.
The Site Operator – Bright Ideas 365 Ltd (T/a Brightideas.today).
The Stall – The webpage at Brightideas.today that links to the stallholders own website.
The Website: www.garryw9.sg-host.com.
REQUIREMENTS
Stallholders must comply with the following:
- You must be over 18 years of age. If you are under 18, someone over 18 must register your stall for you, and take full legal responsibility for it.
- You must have a website through which to trade.
- You must have a business name (this can be your own name), and be an established business. Private sales cannot be conducted via a Brightideas.today online stall, but can be made via our Classified Ads section here.
- You must be UK based and supply full contact information.
- You must have a bricks and mortar store, or have been operating an online business for no less than 24 months prior to to taking your stall (verification may be required).

REQUIREMENTS OF STALLHOLDERS UPON THE CESSATION OF TRADING
Where a business is to cease operation, be it permanently, or for a period of time, the stallholder will inform the site operator. Where a business will cease to operate on a temporary basis, the stallholder will normally be entitled to return to the site, under the same terms as previously without penalty once they recommence trading. This is on condition that they have informed the site operator prior to the suspension of trading.
PROVISION OR REMOVAL OF STALLS
All stall requests are accepted at the discretion of the site operator. The site operator reserves the right to remove stalls where it is felt that the operations of the stall conflict with the aims and policies of the Brightideas.today website.
Any stall found to be used for fraudulent purposes will be removed immediately and permanently, and the site operator reserves the right to pass appropriate information to the police or investigating authorities, as required by law.
PROVISION OF CUSTOMER INCENTIVES
Stallholders may provide a separate link to a webpage within their website listing special offers and incentives if they wish. These must comply with all UK legal requirements and not conflict with the aims and policies of the Brightideas.today website. This link must not be to a third party website. Links to third party sites will not be included within stalls, and may lead to the exclusion of a stallholder.
PROVISION OF SERVICE
The appearance of the stall on the site is not guaranteed and there will not be any form of compensation for outages or removal of a stall from the site. The site operator makes no guarantee on if or when amendments will be made to existing stalls. Stalls may be removed without notice at the discretion of the site operator.
PRODUCTS FOR SALE
Sellers and products sold must be appropriate to the market or fair in which they are located. These are the following:
- The Craft Market: Handicrafts and artisan products, craft supplies (new products only).
- The Fine Food Fayre: Hand made and artisan food and drink (includes independent delicatessens, farm shops, and farmer’s markets).
- The Art Gallery: Artworks for sale from artists and galleries.
- The Antiques Fair: Antique dealers.
- The Speciality Shopping Arcade: Independent specialist retailers (does not include single brand sales agents for large companies).

TOTAL SALES LIMITS FOR FREE STALLS
There is currently no limit to the total amount of sales that can be made via a Brightideas.today stall link.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITE LINKS
Links to third party websites are not permitted and will not be included within stalls. Attempts to add third party links or misrepresent the stallholders website or address may lead to the exclusion of a stallholder.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
An application for a stall on the Brightideas.today website, implies acceptance of the above terms.
